How can I adjust the vertical alignment of a react table

I’m using a React Table to build out a sample of data and I’m trying to center the data vertically within the row.
The cells in the table are placed inside of

The default vertical alignment seems to be on top of the cells rather than the center.
I’ve tried a variety of things including

But I’m unable to get the data to align vertically.
