This is a replacement mod for the GTA IV Complete Series mod. The mod replaces all other mods and adds Knight Rider to the add-ons menu.
Included in this mod is KITT, KARR, KIFT, SPM KITT, Knight 3000, Knight 3000 Attack, GMC General (FLAG Semi Cab), FLAG Semi Trailer, Goliath and Goliath’s.

I have got a version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and an update came. I have already installed the update with my mod in it. I have upgraded that mod to make it compatible with the latest update!
I tested it a lot and it does work now. The mod replaces the VEHICLES and makes it compatible with the most recent update!
. Now i am waiting for the newest update of Vice City to have the mod!

1) Knight Rider Mod for Gta Vice City (it should work on any edition as vice city is the same game)
2) Parker KITT Version for GTA Vice City (it should work on any edition as vice city is the same game)
3) Raytheon KARR Version for GTA Vice City (it should work on any edition as vice city is the same game)

The cars mod you linked to isn’t compatible with Vice City, because it doesn’t come with the full version of GTA III, which is what Vice City uses.
If you want the car mods you linked to, you’ll have to download the entire version of GTA III, like you mentioned. Then you’ll also need to have JPhysics installed, as well as the JDownloader mod.
jphysics worked from Vice City all the way through San Andreas. Also don’t forget this.MOD file(s) when installing Vice City:
“SKYRanger_mod”(this one)
“Machinima_SMG_MULT(this one)
Also another.MOD is required when installing Vice City, simply called “Warrior”
Another good mod I would recommend would be SMG_MULT. It adds some new content to the game. The only downside is, since this mod doesn’t come with https://goandwork.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/ottyjay.pdf
