This version of mtpile follows a paradigm of the

version 2.7, is compatible with Python 2.7 and 3.5 or higher.


Provides the program user with various options allowing to change the input data, the output data, the number of transmissons, the number of piles, the number of unidirectional or bidirectional transmissons, the relationship between layers, and others.

Features the possibility of choosing the transmissons both for normal and tangential loading.

Computes displacements, shear forces, bending moments and soil reactions, allowing for the nonlinear behavior of the soil and the pile.

Forces in mtpile are computed by the direct integration of the traction forces and the constraint between the pile and the surrounding soil. If possible, the pile rotates due to a change of the distance between the pile and the surrounding soil and as a result of shear stresses, which the pile receives from the soil. These forces are transferred to the pile foundation.

mtpile will only compute the axial loads at the foundation of the pile.

Provides the user with a graphical representation of the pile foundation and soil.

Provides a graphical representation of the pile center line during and after the transition.
