Nancy KOLSTEAD, Appellant-Defendant,
STATE of Indiana, Appellee-Plaintiff.
Court of Appeals of Indiana.
October 30, 2006.
*966 Andrew M. Kent, Kent Law Firm, Indianapolis, IN, Attorney for Appellant.
Steve Carter, Attorney General of Indiana, Office of the Attorney General Indianapolis, IN, Attorneys for Appellee.
Following a jury trial, Nancy Kolstead was convicted of two counts of dealing in methamphetamine, as a Class B felony. The trial court sentenced Kolstead to eight years on each count, with four years suspended to probation, but imposed the sentences to run concurrently. Kolstead now appeals her convictions and the nature of the sentences, alleging that the trial court abused its discretion when it ordered her to pay $200 in court costs, and when it ordered her to pay a fine.

The trial court ordered Kolstead and Henderson to appear for sentencing, and on November 2, 2005, the trial court sentenced each of them to five years on each count of dealing in methamphetamine, with two years suspended. The trial court also sentenced Kolstead to one year in the Vanderburgh County Jail on the possession of methamphetamine charge, and the State dismissed the remaining charges. The trial court subsequently granted the State’s motion to reconsider sentence, and on December 1,
